I have been in the Marriage and Family Therapy world for 18 years. I find it a joy and honor to sit with individuals, couples, or families to discuss problems and concerns. I make it a mission to help clients discover the root causes for ineffective and unhelpful ways of approaching life's ups and downs. You can anticipate an open approach for each person who walks through the door and a collaboration on tackling the presenting concerns and problems.

It might be common to think to oneself, "I love you, but I don't like you right now."  Families are a source of protection, belonging, and community. However, sometimes a person(s) in a family group don't realize the impact of his/her actions on the other.  In my practice, I create a safe and open environment in which needs, wants, concerns can be expressed and heard by each person to help develop more effective ways of approaching concerns.
